• Guided Cycling Tours: Participation in our guided tours requires adherence to guide instructions, safety protocols, and a reasonable level of physical fitness suitable for the tour's difficulty. Participants must use appropriate safety gear.

• Bike Rental and Repair: Rental bikes must be returned in the condition they were received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Repair services are performed diligently, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or faults discovered during repair.

• Eco-Friendly Travel Planning: Our planning services are advisory and based on available information. We strive for eco-conscious recommendations but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or third-party adherence to sustainability practices.

• Cycling Gear Retail: All sales are final unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase. Warranties for products are those provided by the manufacturer.

• Custom Route Mapping: Routes are provided for guidance. Users are responsible for their safety, navigation, and assessing route suitability based on their abilities and current conditions.

• Corporate Team-Building Cycling Events: Specific terms, including participant numbers, timings, and custom requirements, will be outlined in a separate agreement for each event.

3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Specific booking, payment, and cancellation policies vary by service and will be communicated at the time of inquiry or booking. Deposits may be required for certain services, and cancellation fees may apply to cover administrative costs and committed resources. All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR).

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

• Participants in tours and rentals must accurately represent their physical condition and cycling abilities.

• Users are responsible for their personal safety and belongings while using our services or equipment.

• Respect for the environment and local communities is paramount. Participants must adhere to Leave No Trace principles and refrain from littering or disturbing wildlife.

• Compliance with all local laws and regulations, particularly road safety laws, is mandatory.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

GreenSpoke Ventures strives to provide safe and enjoyable experiences. However, outdoor adventure activities inherently involve risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to, accidents, injury, illness, property damage, and death.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenSpoke Ventures, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service from which the liability arose.
